My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare! We were there for a wedding, and on the big night, an electric short in the jacuzzi caused smoke to fill the area. The fire alarm system failed to alert anyone, and we had to depend on the fire department to clear the threat. I can't stress enough how unsettling it was to stay in a place where safety measures were compromised. On top of that, returning to a room after such a traumatic incident felt absolutely impossible.
